Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

We need 7-10 days for production and processing of in house vinyl, sublimation and dtf handmade designs and 2-6 business days for all other in stock products once an order is placed. Most items are shipped quickly.  We ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS which takes 2-7 business days once shipped.

RETURNS:

Eligible items can be returned for a store credit refund within 30 days from the date your items are delivered. Our return window will be extended to 60 days on all orders placed between 11/12/2023 through 12/23/2024 for the holiday season. Items must be received in *original condition within 30 days (60 days during holiday season window) to receive an exchange or refund in the form of store credit. Because of Adi will provide a return shipping label at the customers expense. If items are exchanged, the customer must pay the shipping cost for the new items shipped. Because of Adi will cover the shipping cost of a defective product return. BABY TOYS AND ACCCESORIES, BATH PRODUCTS, CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS, PREORDERS, SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS, SEASONAL, AS WELL AS PRODUCTS LABELED AS FINAL SALE, ARE FINAL SALE.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered, damaged, don’t smell like smoke or perfume, and not washed with all original tags attached.

How to Submit a Return Request

Click Submit a Return Request or Customer Account on Because of Adi homepage. 

Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. The cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your final store credit refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for product to be inspected and  for store credit to be sent via email.
